Proven Professionals is a curated expert network for the UK food and drink industry.

We help ambitious food and drink businesses identify and connect with experienced senior professionals who may be able to support commercial, operational, marketing, leadership, investment or transformation challenges.

We are not a recruitment agency, job board, open consultant directory or employment business.

We may choose not to progress an application, or may remove an expert from the network, at our discretion.

7. Introductions and engagements

Where we introduce a business and an expert, the purpose is to help both parties explore whether there may be a suitable fit.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, any introduction does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship or joint venture between Proven Professionals, the business and the expert.

Any work carried out by an expert, and any fees, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, confidentiality terms or payment terms, should be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Proven Professionals is not responsible for any separate agreement entered into directly between a business and an expert unless we are expressly a party to that agreement.

8. No guarantee of outcome

We aim to make thoughtful, relevant and commercially sensible matches between businesses and experts.

However, we do not guarantee:

• that any expert will be available
• that any introduction will lead to work
• that any project will achieve a particular result
• that any business will secure growth, investment, listings, savings or improved performance
• that any expert will receive a particular level of income or opportunity

All content on this website, including text, branding, design, layout, graphics and other materials, belongs to CS Ventures Group Ltd or is used with permission.

You may view and use the website for normal business browsing purposes.
